There are 139 employees in our center, and 102 people got their bachelor’s degree, 31 people got their master’s degree and 6 people is getting the doctor’s degree. There are 6 science leader for SINOPEC and citizen or provincial level. 3 Professors, 38 senior engineers and 62 engineers, 38 assistant engineers and 2 ANSYS analysis and structure engineers.

       We have developed 68 new products during the tenth five years blueprint and it wealth 0.8 billion RMB. The average growth rate given by the new products is more than 40%. We have carried out the strategy shift from the workover rig, well testing device, oilfield special vehicle to the drilling equipment, heavy-duty workover rig, offshore drilling & workover rig and well testing equipment.
