Well flushing truck

Applicable scope

    The well flushing truck is a special equipment for water-filled wells in the oil fields. Models I 、II、 III can be used to fill purified waste water, surface water and mixture water, which are suitable for the flushing-well operations with the depth of the less than 2500m wells; Model IV can be used for flushing –well operations in the water wells with the depth of less than 4000m.

* This kind of the truck can be suitable for the flushing -well operations in water injection wells.h Models I 、II、 III are suitable for the flushing-well operations in the water wells with the depth of less than 2500m; Model IV can be used for flushing –well operations in the wells with the depth of less than 4000m.

* The chassis adopts the self-made XD30/6×6 automobile chassis or heavy-duty two-class automobile chassis, the dynamics system will be driven hydraulically or mechanically with a reasonable power configuration to meet the requirements of the movement and operation of wholeunit.

*  A high pressure for flushing wells can be generated to realize the kick-flushing function.

*  A 7-grade filter is installed on the water-treated unit and the filtering media can also be used repeatedly and selected in accordance with pollution conditions of the well. *The truck combines the functions of water treatment truck, well flushing pump truck and water tank truck, due to its high integration.

* The operations for this flushing truck is very convenient due to it’s high -automation performance.。

*  This well flushing truck is designed and made in accordance with “3C”compulsory standard. Safety and inspection measures are strengthened under the guidance of the design concept of “Humanism Above All” to meet the requirements of HSE.
